Receipts Main Menu
To add a new receipt, select the on the tab. The receipt number will come up automatically. If you need to change the number, you will select the tab and then click on . Type in the correct receipt number and press the button. You may then click on the close button or click . You will either press or through the receipt date field if the date is correct, or to change the date, click the drop down beside the date and select a new date from the calendar displayed. |

Add Receipts
To add a new receipt, select the on the tab. The receipt number will come up automatically. If you need to change the number, you will select tab and then click on . Type in the correct receipt number and press the button. You may then click on the button or click . You will either press or through the receipt date field if the date is correct, or you will change the date by typing in the new date or by using the up and down arrow buttons. |

Void Receipts
To void a receipt, select the menu item on the tab. The receipt number is in a drop down box that lists the receipts by number and date. Select the receipt from the drop down list and the information will be displayed. If this is the receipt you would like to void, press the button at the bottom of the screen. This will make a reversing entry in the ledger on the day you void the receipt. You may press the button or choose to leave this screen.
